Currently, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has completed finalization of a software package, which processes reports according to Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the United States Government to improve tax compliance and application of the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
Financial agents please note that full versions of notification files will be sent to all reports by 28.12.2021.
