Benefit on the RRO’s non-usage has also been provided to villages

Individuals-entrepreneurs – single tax payers are allowed to sale products (excepting excisable) without the RRO’s usage both in the village and its territory.

Such changes are provided by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 09.02.2022 № 95 “On amendments to the List of certain forms and conditions of conducting activities in trade, public catering and services permitted to conduct settlement operations without usage of registrars of settlement operations / or software registrars of settlement operations using settlement books and accounting books of settlement operations”, which is published on the Government portal.

This List was approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 23.08.2000 № 1336.
