Equipment for preparation or processing of tobacco, tobacco raw materials, industrial production of tobacco products (hereinafter – equipment) is subject to registration in the Unified state register of equipment for preparation or processing of tobacco, tobacco raw materials, industrial production of tobacco products (hereinafter – Unified register of equipment), maintenance of which is provided for by Article 21 of the Law № 4811, taking into account changes introduced by the Law of Ukraine № 31732, which will enter into force on January 22, 2024.
At the same time, Article 21 of the Law № 481 stipulates that Procedure for maintaining the Unified register of equipment is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and application forms for registration of equipment for preparation or processing of tobacco, tobacco raw materials, industrial production of tobacco products, for making changes to information contained in the Unified register of equipment, on the exclusion of information contained in the Unified register of equipment, is approved by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
To date, relevant projects of normative legal acts have been prepared, which are undergoing coordination according to legislation.
Therefore, taking into account agreed position with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Unified register of equipment will begin to function from the moment of approval of Procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of equipment for preparation or processing of tobacco, tobacco raw materials, industrial production of tobacco products.
As follows, registration of equipment in the Unified register of equipment will begin with the start of operation of this register.
