RIGHT TO INFORMATION

Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On access to public information" defines that information request is a person’s request to the information manager to provide public information in such manager’s possession. Requests of the requester’s choice may be submitted:

- to the postal address: 04053, Kyiv, Lvivska square, 8;

- by fax: (044) 247-34-79 (works in an automatic mode);

- by phone: 0-800-501-007;

- place to review documents and their copies: Kyiv, Lvivska square, 8 (first floor, "Citizens' Reception" room) (tel. 590-48-81, ext. tel. 38-81)

* Note: suggestions, statements, complaints of citizens, legal entities, individuals - entrepreneurs, self-employed individuals, as well as questions regarding the practical use of certain norms of tax legislation, questions regarding the clarification of rights and obligations of payer the single contribution to obligatory state social insurance to the general fund and single contribution payment procedure shall not be sent to the specified email address.

Suggestions, statements, complaints are considered by authorities of the State Tax Service according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On citizens’ appeals".

Provision of consultations on processing requests for receiving public information, as well as information on the receipt and registration of requests, is carried out by the Unit of ensuring access to public information of the Sub-department of organization of consideration of citizens' appeals and ensuring access to public information of the Operation Support Department on working days according to the schedule: Monday - Thursday from 9 a.m. 00 min. until 1 p.m. 00 min. and from 2 p.m. 00 min. until 5 p.m. 30 min., Friday from 9 a.m. 00 min. until 1 p.m. 00 min. and from 2 p.m. 00 min. until 4 p.m. 30 min. by phone (044) 247 35 36.

Information on the electronic postal addresses of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service, to which citizens can send electronic appeals and requesters - for receiving public information according to the Laws of Ukraine "On citizens’ appeals" and "On access to public information", respectively
