From 01.12.2021 entered into force Order of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention № 449/21 as of 23.07.2021, which approved new declaration form of a person authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government and Procedure for filling it in and submitting declaration of a person authorized to perform functions of the state or local self-government (https://bit.ly/3E6RPK4) № 450/21 as of 23.07.2021, which approved new Procedure for informing the National Agency on Corruption Prevention about significant changes in property status of the declaration subject (https://bit.ly/3lkqe0J) № 451/21 as of 23.07.2021, which approved new Procedure for informing the National Agency on Corruption Prevention about the opening of a foreign currency account in the non-resident bank institution (https://bit.ly/3rqiSMW) and № 539/21 as of 20.08.2021, which approved new Procedure for verification of the fact of submission of declarations by the declaration subjects according to the Law of Ukraine "On corruption prevention " and notification of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention on cases of the non-submission or late submission of such declarations (https://cutt.ly/aYqBaFH)".
