Change of the non-resident’s representative

Making any changes to the non-resident’s account, in particular, changing representative is carried out by submitting Application for registration of non-resident as the value added tax payer (hereinafter – Application) marked as "Taxpayer’s re-registration (amendment of accounting information)" in section 2 of the Application.

 

To change the non-resident’s representative, in addition to other data, in section 5 of the Application, the following data of new representative is indicated:

Surname, first name, patronymic (if available)

Contact phone number

Email address.

 

After filling in all fields of the Application, it must be saved and sent to the controlling authority.


Based on the consideration results of the Application marked as "Re-registration", information message is sent to the representative’s E-mail address and to the non-resident’s Cabinet.
