Among the most common wishes of the Electronic cabinet users are simplification of interaction, improvement of viewing settlements with the budget, improvement of correspondence functionality, submission of reports and search of necessary information. The first survey results have already become basis for determining modernization directions of the Electronic cabinet.

It is thanks to user feedback that the State Tax Service sees which services are of the most demand, what users value the most and what changes they expect to see in the future.

58.5% of the respondents use the Electronic cabinet daily or several times a week. Service has become integral part of the taxpayers’ work and one of the key tools for interaction with the Tax Service.

Among the aspects that received the highest user ratings:

- ease of login and authorization – 4.34 out of 5;

- clarity of notifications and receipts – 4.20 out of 5;

- clarity of the menu structure – 4.00 out of 5.

Most often, users use the following peculiarities of the Electronic cabinet:

- viewing the status of settlements with the budget – 79.1%;

- obtaining certificates – 65.2%;

- correspondence with the State Tax Service – 55%;

- submitting tax reports – 44.6%;

- viewing registration and account data – 43.8%.

Overall, the survey confirms: users appreciate existing convenience of the service, but expect its further development towards simplicity and more understandable interaction between the payer and the Tax Service.

Users expressed their wishes for automatic pre-filling of forms, personal reminders about important deadlines and actions, and quick access to key information, including budget settlements, document statuses, and tax obligations.

In fact, it is about development of the Electronic cabinet from a platform for receiving services and submitting reports to a full-fledged digital assistant for the taxpayer.
