Consolidated budget revenues have increased by 10.5 billion UAH in February 2020 compared to the result of 2019

Consolidated budget (net balance) received 62.6 billion UAH of payments controlled by the STS in February 2020. This is 10.5 billion UAH or 20.1% more than in February 2019.

Of these, 38.2 billion UAH was transferred to the state budget – this is 8.2 billion UAH or 27.2% more than the corresponding indicator of 2019. Local budgets received 24.4 billion UAH. This is 2.3 billion UAH or 10.5% more than in February 2019.

 

Total tax revenues to the consolidated budget have amounted 106.4 billion UAH over January–February 2020. This is 15.1 billion UAH or 16.6% more than over January–February 2019. The state budget received 1.3 billion UAH (+10.4 billion UAH or + 20.5%), local budgets – 45.1 billion UAH (+4.7 billion UAH or + 11.6%).

The most significant role in the consolidated budget revenues belongs to collection of the personal income tax which has been transferred in the amount of 44.2 billion UAH over January–February 2020 – this is 5.5 billion UAH or 14.3% more than over January–February 2019.

“Such revenues growth has been ensured not only by the taxation of wages but also by other sources of individuals’ income. This indicates a change in the approach to administering this budget-forming tax” – emphasized Chairman of the STS Serhii Verlanov.
