Contact center of the STS – schedule of work during the quarantine period

Contact center of the State tax service of Ukraine continues to provide advisory services to the taxpayers. Information support services can be obtained by calling 0 800 501 007 from 09.00 to 18.00 (except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).

During the non-working hours it is possible to leave questions using the service “Leave a question – we will call you back”.

Also, it is possible to send questions and messages to the e-mail address: idd@tax.gov.ua.

It should be noted that the taxpayers are able to get answers to questions of their interest at any time with the help of the Public Information and Reference Resource (ZIR).

Use ZIR through the official web portal of the STS or directly via the Internet at: http://zir.tax.gov.ua/.

Mobile applications ZIR can be downloaded for free through the App Store and Google Play.
