Ukrainians are actively using the STS’s electronic service of re-formation of certificates by the electronic request

Number of clients of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the STS’s Information and reference department, who use the Electronic service of re-formation of certificates by the electronic request, has significantly increased. It is convenient, fast and safe, as it does not require visiting the center to obtain certificates.

70.8 thousand customers used this service during January – June 2020. Of these, about 35.2 thousand is individuals and 35.6 thousand – legal entities. Comparing to the same period in 2019, the number of service users has increased by 67.2% and 1%, respectively.

It should be reminded that the service allows receiving electronic trust services online, ie without visiting separate points of user’s registration, filling of registration cards, preparation of other paper documents and it saves both time and expenses.

New certificates can be re-formed remotely by users who have:

- valid certificates (for example, there are a few days left until the certificate’s expiration);

- unchanged registration data (name, residence registration address, the only state register code of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine of the organization, etc.);

- private key, available only to the user and which is not compromised.

Information and reference department of the State Tax Service is the only qualified provider of electronic trust services in Ukraine, which provides electronic trust services to all business entities, public authorities, local self-governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership and individuals free of charge.
