Oleksiy Lyubchenko: Software RCO is a revolution
Software registrars of calculated operations are a revolution in the settlement sphere. They were introduced on the 1st of August 2020 and are an alternative to classic cash registers.
“As of today, namely there are 300 thousand places that can issue the check. We expect that up to 800 thousand checks will be made through the software RCOs. Furthermore the picture looks like this. We have a monthly cash income in the amount of 110 billion UAH – this is the entire total check in the country, everything we received at the cash register. I know for sure that 150 billion UAH is still somewhere. This is the minimum that rotates without a check. Here is a reserve, as well as the VAT.” – stated Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Oleksiy Lyubchenko in an interview with “LB.ua”.
According to him, such minimum rotates in markets, places where checks are not issued, as well as where individuals – entrepreneurs are used in tax reduction schemes.
