STS has approved HR strategy for a comprehensive and systematic reform in the personnel management sphere

To determine level of emotional involvement, satisfaction with conditions of the civil service, needs for professional development of the STS’s personnel, the State Tax Service of Ukraine conducted a survey of its officials and territorial bodies involving more than 14 thousand employees.

HR Management Department with participation of the EU4PFM HR experts conducted analysis of the survey results, on the basis of which action priority areas were identified and the Human Resources Management Program of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (HR-strategy) has been approved.

HR-strategy of the State Tax Service defines the purpose, goals, priorities and strategic directions, the implementation of which should be aimed at the STS’s personnel management and its territorial bodies, and involves highly qualified specialists, introduction of modern personnel management technologies, creating conditions for human development and professional development frames.

Implementation of HR-strategy will allow to renew the human resources of the State Tax Service by attracting young and creative employees to fulfill priority tasks and implement long-term changes in the State Tax Service, get the optimal balance of renewal processes, preservation and development of quantitative and qualitative STS’s personnel, and to build a highly effective corporate culture and team of professionals in the state taxation sphere.
