Distribution of the tax credit scheme totaling more than 22 million UAH was exposed

Main Directorate of the STS in Dniproptrovsk region once again prevented realization of a fictitious tax credit.

The main task of related companies group (type of activity – the wholesale of grain) was the distribution of a fictitious tax credit formed through the purchase of “agricultural products”.

Essence of the scheme was that companies purchased a sunflower meal but this type of product was obtained by “twisting” and manipulating Ukrainian classification of the FEA goods codes in tax invoices. According to available documents, the goods were received under the guise of glass bottles. Producers of these agricultural products were absent in a supply chain, which led to the formation and spread of a fictitious tax credit totaling more than 22 million UAH.

As a result of measures taken by Main Directorate of the STS in Dniproptrovsk region, the implementation of a fictitious tax credit was terminated by including these enterprises in the list of risky enterprises according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 11.12.2019 № 1165.
