Number of registered SRCOs has already reached 42 thousand – Oleksiy Lyubchenko

To date, 1959 entities have registered 42 thousandSRCOs and about 40 million checks have been transferred to the fiscal server for registration. 80% of them are individuals – entrepreneurs. About 300 thousand hardware RCOs have been registered.

“The average monthly total check is almost 100 billion UAH, subsequently we see 1.2 trillion UAH of final consumption per year. However, in fact, final consumption is 4 trillion UAH. That is, it is fiscalized a little more than 25%. Where are the taxes? After all, the VAT is a tax on final consumption” – emphasized Oleksiy Lyubchenko. 

Chairman of the STS believes that it is necessary to implement full fiscalization of products that belong to the risk group. We are talking particularly about the trade ofhousehold appliances, medicines and jewelry.

Internet trade should also be fiscalized.

“Check is alegislative requirement. The question is who publishes it. It can be included in the parcel, but it is mandatory, otherwise the product will not be replaced. Consumer’s protection is a priority” – assured Chairman of the STS.
