On the 20th of November 2020, the State Tax Service of Ukraine jointly with Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) held a public event on the topic: “Take it easy. Zruchnobuk: a guide to civil service”.
Event took place online on the Zoom platform. It was attended by employees of HR Management Department of the STS, EU4PFM HR experts, representatives of the Ministry of Finance and National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service Affairs, students of Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) and students of higher educational institutions.
Director of HR Management Department of the STS Larysa Yashchuk in her speech spoke about the main challenges and achievements of the STS in HR sphere over the past six months, as well as plans for the future.
Specifically, the State Tax Service of Ukraine approved HR strategy and the Action Plan for its implementation. In addition, the STS developed the draft Order of the Ministry of Finance “On approval of Procedure for conducting internships for citizens among young people who are not in civil service positions but in apparatus of the State Tax Service of Ukraine”, which is sent for registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, as well as developed a draft Program for adaptation of newly hired employees and steps for its implementation.
The EU4PFM experts presented Zruchnobuk during event. This is a handy guide that will be able to provide answers to most questions of new employees and will be a useful and convenient navigator for him / her at the STS. Zruchnobuk was developed by Kyiv School of Economics, with support of the Government of Germany and GIZ Ukraine and in cooperation with the EU4PFM and the State Tax Service of Ukraine to improve the adaptation period of new employees who are in the civil sector for the first time.
