Tax specialists exposed scheme of illegal construction

Tax specialists conducted a survey of activities of individual – entrepreneur, as a result of which it was established that he was illegally building apartment buildings in Lviv region with registration of property rights.

Declarations on the start of construction works and declarations on the readiness of facility for operation or certificates for the construction of apartment buildings were not issued by the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate.

Thus, it was established that registration of residential buildings was carried out in violation of urban planning requirements and regulations.

To grant legal status to apartment buildings through related parties, the residential real estate of individual – entrepreneur was included in the statutory fund of the company. Market cost of real estate is more than 89 million UAH.

According to analytical survey, the district local Prosecutor’s office of Lviv region registered a criminal proceeding under Part 1 Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
