Tax specialists exposed fictitious tax credit totaling more than 5 million UAH

Tax specialists of Trans-Carpathian region jointly with Main Directorate of the SFS in Trans-Carpathian region exposed illegal actions of one business entity.

It was established that the specified business entity overstated the value added tax credit in the amount of 1.44 million UAH. In addition, an artificial tax credit totaling 5.2 million UAH was formed due to the introduction of unreliable information on the sale of goods to buyers in primary documents.

Committed actions have signs of criminal offenses under Articles 366, 212 and 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Materials were handed over to the law enforcement agencies for decision-making according to Article 214 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine.
