STS received 181 requests for public information in January 2021

State Tax Service of Ukraine received 181 requests for public information in January 2021.

Of the total number, 18 requests were received by mail, 161 by e-mail and 2 by the requester in person.

The biggest number of requests for public information was sent by individuals, namely 106 requests. The number of 53 requests for public information was received from legal entities in January 2021. The number of 5 requests was received from associations of citizens without the status of a legal entity and 17 from the mass media representatives.

According to consideration results: 138 requests were satisfied with the provision of information, 29 requests were refused due to the non-compliance of requests with the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 №2939-IV “On access to public information” and 14 requests were sent back as inappropriate.
