Courts upheld claim of Dnipropetrovsk tax authorities in connection with the sale of taxpayer’s property during the court appeal.

Appeal of the LLC “Dniproolia” in case of invalidation of contracts on the sale of property rights to movable and immovable property totaling almost 1.1 billion UAH and cancellation of records on the state registration of ownership of movable and immovable property was dismissed.

Decision of Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court as of 25.05.2020 in the specified case was left unchanged.
