Digital transformation of the State Tax Service continues. For simplification and convenience of communication of citizens with executive authorities, local governments, banks, other institutions and organizations, the State Tax Service introduced a new E-service “Obtaining information from the State register of individuals – taxpayers on the amounts of paid income and withheld taxes in electronic form, certified qualified electronic seal of the State Tax Service”.
It is not need to contact the STS to obtain income information. It is enough with the help of Electronic cabinet (https://cabinet.tax.gov.ua) to submit a request and receive a response “Information from the State register of individuals – taxpayers on the amount of paid income and withheld taxes”, certified by a qualified electronic seal of the STS.
Electronic document certified by a qualified electronic seal of the STS is an analogue of document issued by the controlling body in a paper form.
Check the legal status of signature on the official website of the central certification body in section “Trust services” → “Check the signature” at the link https://czo.gov.ua/verify. Recipient of the electronic document is able to identify the signatory of such document and verify its integrity.
Please note that new E-service also provides an opportunity for a person to receive information about income for the period from the first quarter of 1998 for any five years (disaggregated quarterly).
