Sale of 67 thousand liters of alcohol-containing products of unknown origin for more than 13 million UAH was prevented

Illegal storage of a substance with a characteristic smell of alcohol was found on the territory of one enterprise in village Kryukivshchyna of Kyiv region in the course of joint actions of employees of the Excisable product control department of Main Directorate of the STS in Kyiv region, State Security Service of Ukraine in Kyiv and Kyiv region, tax police of Main Directorate of the SFS in Kyiv region under the procedural guidance of Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office №7.

Taken measures resulted in termination of illegal activity. Alcohol-containing products of unknown origin in the amount of more than 67 thousand liters worth more than 13 million UAH were confiscated.

Pre-trial investigation of the criminal proceeding is ongoing.
