Tax specialists exposed illegal scheme of car sales for more than 100 million UAH of budgetary losses

Tax specialists of Poltava region exposed legalization of funds carried out by business entities – importers of cars.

Anti-money laundering department of the STS in Poltava region detected that business entity – importer sold imported cars to individuals, while these operations were not reflected in its financial and tax accounting. Total amount of unpaid taxes is more than 100 million UAH.

Criminal proceeding under Part 3 Article 212 of the criminal Code of Ukraine was registered in the Register of pre-trial investigations upon the commission of socially dangerous illegal act.
