STS has processed 1023 requests for public information since the beginning of 2021

State Tax Service of Ukraine processed 1023 requests for public information in January – May 2021.

Of the total number, 115 requests were received by mail, 895 by e-mail and 13 in another form (phone, STS’s box).

The biggest number of requests for public information was sent by individuals, namely 609 requests. The number of 339 requests for public information was received from legal entities in January – May 2021. The number of 15 requests was received from associations of citizens without the status of legal entity and 60 from the mass media representatives.

According to consideration results: 669 requests were satisfied with the provision of information, 213 requests were refused due to the non-compliance of requests with the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 №2939-IV “On access to public information” and 141 requests were sent back as inappropriate.
