Legalization of agricultural products of unknown origin was exposed

Tax specialists jointly with the Prosecutor’s office of Donetsk region and Main Division of the SFS in Donetsk region exposed illegal sale of agricultural products outside the customs territory of Ukraine without payment of any taxes and return of foreign exchange earnings.

It was detected that enterprise put into turnover and exported agricultural products of unknown origin outside the customs territory of Ukraine. Income received as a result of activities wasn’t declared. Amount of legalized funds amounted to more than 22 million UAH and probable losses amounted to more than 4 million UAH.

Based on these materials, a criminal proceeding under Articles 205-1, 209, 212 and 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations.
