STS has provided more than 3.1 million administrative services since the beginning of 2021

State Tax Service provided 3.1 million administrative services to the taxpayers during January – July 2021.

One of the most popular among 142 administrative services provided by the STS is issuance of the taxpayer’s card, entry data on the taxpayer’s registration number from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers in the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (in the booklet form). More than 849.6 thousand of such services were provided during January – July 2021.

More than 957.8 thousand taxpayers received information from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers on the amounts / sources of paid income and withheld taxes.

Obtaining a certificate on the absence of payment arrears controlled by the tax authorities is also relevant for taxpayers. 158.4 thousand certificates were provided during January – July 2021.

In addition, almost 234.2 thousand single taxpayers were registered during the specified period and more than 242.3 thousand extracts from the Register of single tax payers were provided.

Also, requested by business entities is the service of registration of accounting books of settlement operations, namely 168.1 thousand such services were provided.

Contact Center of the STS (0 800 501 007) works for information support and assistance to the taxpayers on the tax reporting status, registration of tax invoices and operation of electronic services. Specialists of the Contact Center provided 118.3 thousand consultations on the specified issues in 2021.
