State Tax Service and Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs discussed taxation issues

Representatives of the State Tax Service during the meeting with Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs provided answers to the topical issues of tax sphere, which most often business faces during conduction of economic activities.

Issues related to the registration suspension of tax invoices/adjustment calculations, submission of data tables of the VAT payers were discussed. Tax officials provided recommendations on the correctness of filling in tables and explained reasons for their rejection.

Participants also considered topic of currency supervision, in particular, protection of enterprises from liability for violations that arose for reasons beyond their control.
