Declared employment = labor and social rights
It is profitable to work under employment contract!
From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are an employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.
Salary is paid regularly at level not lower than the minimum salary.
Monthly salary for fully completed work cannot be less than the minimum (6700 UAH in 2023).
Do you work from morning to night? According to the labor legislation, work during the overtime hours and on weekends is paid at a double rate. You can take additional days off for working on holidays.
Employer cannot pay salary whenever he/she wants. You have to receive it regularly, at least twice a month and not later than seven days after end of working period. If the day of payment coincides with weekend or holiday – salary is paid the day before.
