State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council held meeting of expert groups

Next package of appeals from taxpayers was discussed today during meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council held within a framework of the communication tax platform.

Participants reviewed complaints submitted by the applicants to the Business Ombudsman Council, provided answers to them, focusing on norms of tax legislation.

Representatives of the State Tax Service, in particular, commented on registration suspension of tax invoices, practice of accepting data tables of the VAT payer, implementation of court decisions by the State Tax Service, etc.
