Congratulations on the Constitution Day of Ukraine!

Today is the day of adoption of the Basic Law, which guarantees rights and freedoms of Ukrainians, determines path we take in the future and who we are and what we are fighting for.

Back in the Constitution of Pylyp Orlyk, Ukrainians were the first in Europe to define their aspiration to live in a free, democratic and legal state. Aspiration that we stand for throughout our history.

Every day, Ukrainians show the world their indomitability and readiness to defend our state – Ukraine. They demonstrate that the Constitution norms are not just words, they are imprinted in our consciousness. Today we defend not only our freedom, but also the history, traditions and spirituality of Ukrainian nation, right and laws of the civilized world.

And we will certainly win, rebuild and strengthen Ukraine as a strong European state governed by the rule of law!
