Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in conference "Martial law: tax challenges"

Legislative changes in taxation during the martial law and implementation of tax policy were discussed today by the participants of conference "Martial law: tax challenges" organized by the publication "Yurydychna praktyka".

Representatives of the State Tax Service traditionally participated in event, who spoke about changes in the conduction of control and verification measures according to the Law of Ukraine № 3219.

It was about renewal from August 1, 2023 of responsibility for violations detected during audits, as well as main innovations that await payers from December 1, 2023. Tax officials emphasized specifics of conducting actual audits. In particular, it was noted that selection of payers for audits is carried out by a risk-based system.

State Tax Service will continue to actively use all platforms to carry out activities that help to clarify rules of tax legislation to the taxpayers, hear problematic business issues and jointly find optimal ways to solve disputed situations.
