Memorandum on partnership and cooperation between the State Tax Service and Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs has been signed

Acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko and President of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs" Anatolii Kinakh have signed Memorandum on partnership and cooperation between the State Tax Service and Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

Purpose of concluding Memorandum is to ensure protection of legal rights and interests of taxpayers, increase their social responsibility, improve business climate in the country and develop partnership relations between the government and business.

" This Memorandum emphasizes importance of responsibility of both the state and business, which has not only adapted to conditions of the wartime, but also demonstrates readiness to ensure its uninterrupted operation, pay taxes and support country's economy" – stated Tetiana Kiriienko.

Acting Head of the State Tax Service also emphasized that joint efforts of business and the state, aimed at supporting Ukraine during the war and for further recovery, will help the country to withstand challenges that arise in modern realities.

Among other areas, the document provides to ensure compliance with principles of fairness, obligation, transparency and impartiality in relations between taxpayers and bodies of the State Tax Service; consideration of problematic situations arising for taxpayers in the tax administration segment; formation of a unified position on the application of legislative norms, control of compliance of which is entrusted to bodies of the State Tax Service, etc.
