Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in meeting of the Anti-Crisis headquarters at the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs

Peculiarities of the tax administration sphere were discussed today by meeting participants of the Anti-Crisis headquarters for stability of economy in war conditions at the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine.

Attention of participants was focused on the specifics of control and verification work, procedures for appeals based on the verifications results, the most common mistakes that auditors discover during audits, etc.

Registration of tax invoices in the Unified register of tax invoices was also considered. Tax officials were informed about the main changes made to the Procedure for registration suspension of tax invoice/adjustment calculation in the Unified register of tax invoices and Procedure for considering a complaint regarding refusal decision to register tax invoice/adjustment calculation in the Unified register of tax invoices, about failure to take into account the VAT payer’s data table, about compliance of the VAT payer with risk criteria.

Representatives of the State Tax Service and Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Kyiv city, during event, reviewed individual cases as examples of systemic matters and provided recommendations for their resolution. Answers to practical business questions were also provided.
