Representatives of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council held new meeting of expert groups

Representatives of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council discussed a number of appeals on tax matters during regular meeting of expert groups.

Participants considered appeals from payers that were sent to the Business Ombudsman Council’s address. In particular, it was about administration of the value added tax, registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations. State of execution of court decisions by the Tax Service was also discussed.

Representatives of the State Tax Service, during the meeting, provided comprehensive answers to questions and consulted on specific application peculiarities of tax legislation.
