Representatives of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council discussed taxation matters

Representatives of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council processed another package of appeals from taxpayers as a part of expert groups’ meeting.

Participants considered problematic questions that were received from the payers to address of the Business Ombudsman Council. In particular, systemic issues were discussed in segment of registration suspension of tax invoices, state of the value-added tax reimbursement, implementation of court decisions by the Tax Service, etc.

Representatives of the State Tax Service provided legal argumentations regarding questions raised and recommendations for settlement of individual cases.
