Consolidated budget received 1 153.2 billion UAH in January – September 2024

Taxpayers continue conscientiously support our state by dutifully paid taxes. Thanks to their responsible citizenship and patriotism, budget steadily receives such necessary funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and social payments to our citizens.

Revenues (balance) to general fund of the state budget amounted to 1 153.2 billion UAH in January – September 2024 according to operational data. State budget received 842.1 billion UAH, local budgets received 310.9 billion UAH.

Revenues (balance) to general fund of the state budget amounted to 762.1 billion UAH in January – September 2024. Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for revenues of general fund of the state budget were fulfilled by 109.5%. Herewith, VAT was reimbursed to payers’ accounts in the amount of 109.7 billion UAH.         

In terms of taxes, scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine were exceeded from the corporate income tax by 1.4 times (+59.9 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 5.8 percent (+8.5 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 3.3 percent (+3.1 billion UAH).

In terms of main payments in January – September 2024, the increase compared to January – September 2023 is from the corporate income tax, namely 1.9 times (+94.8 billion UAH), value added tax on products (works, services) produced in Ukraine, taking into account budget compensation – by 1.4 times (+51.2 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 23.7 percent (+29.6 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 22.3 percent (+17.7 billion UAH).    

Revenues (balance) to the consolidated budget in September 2024 from payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to 109.8 billion UAH, including 76 billion UAH to the state budget, 33.8 billion UAH to local budgets.

Revenues (balance) to general fund of the state budget amounted to 66.7 billion UAH in September 2024. Exceeding of scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for revenues to general fund of the state budget is 4.8 percent, additional revenues to the budget amounted to 3 billion UAH. 13.8 billion UAH of the VAT was reimbursed to payers’ accounts. 

Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine were fully met from the income tax, namely 2.5 times (+3.4 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 115.1 percent (+2.6 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 101.7 percent (+0.2 billion UAH).   

In terms of main payments in September 2024, the increase compared to September 2023 is from the levy and personal income tax – 33 percent (+5 billion UAH), value added tax on products (works, services) produced in Ukraine, taking into account budget compensation – 16.7 percent (+3.2 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 23.1 percent (+2.5 billion UAH), income tax – 34.2 percent (+1.4 billion UAH),
