To the attention of taxpayers: Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine will hold online meeting on February 28, 2025 regarding the start of test mode of the eExcise system!

Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine will begin functioning in the test mode of software of the Electronic system for traceability of circulation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes (hereinafter – eExcise) from March 1, 2025. 

Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine will hold online meeting "Testing start of the eExcise electronic system" for economic operators who plan to join testing of the eExcise system from 01.03.2025 on 28.02.2025 at 12 hours 00 minutes.

1. Procedure for access of participants in testing of functioning of the Electronic system’s software to use the Electronic system’s software in the test mode.

1.1 Procedure for involving economic operators in testing the Electronic system.

1.2 Test program and feedback.

2. Amount of functionality available for testing (web interface and API).

3. Activities for the test period during March:

3.1 Feedback procedure from economic operators.

3.2 Biweekly technical meetings (preliminary March 5 and 19).
