Second underground section of the Taxpayer Service Center for administrative services has been launched in Kharkiv

State Tax Service continues to provide safe tax services to the taxpayers in Kharkiv region. Second underground section of the Taxpayer Service Center for administrative services has been launched at the Yaroslava Mudryho metro station in Kharkiv.

First underground section in Ukraine began operation on February 13, 2025 at the Naukova metro station and it has already shown its effectiveness. 

During its operation, 188 taxpayer cards and 86 statements from the State register of individuals – taxpayers on sources and amounts of accrued income were issued.

Due to the expansion of network of underground service centers, taxpayers in Kharkiv and Kharkiv region have received additional opportunity to resolve tax questions in safe conditions. 

The most popular services that can be obtained are:

- issuance of the taxpayer card;

- entering data on the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card into the passport (in a booklet form);

- making a note about the possibility of making payments by the passport series and number;

- obtaining information from the State register of individuals – taxpayers about income and paid taxes.

 All services are available to citizens regardless of their registration place.
