Ruslan Kravchenko: State Tax Service has revoked two licenses for the alcohol wholesale of the LLC "Ukrainian Trade Distribution Company", founder of which is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY GLOBAL SPIRITS GROUP

State Tax Service of Ukraine has revoked two licenses for the alcohol wholesale of the LLC "Ukrainian Trade Distribution Company", founder of which is the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY GLOBAL SPIRITS GROUP. Decision was made based on the actual tax audit results. 

This was announced by Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko on his Facebook page. 

He noted that facts have been established that may indicate tax evasion of approximately more than 700 million UAH and alcohol sale without licenses. The final amount will be established after additional control measures are carried out.

Head of the State Tax Service cited one violation. Particularly, only during January 2025, the LLC sold alcohol worth 48 million UAH to a business entity in Zhytomyr, which had previously been deprived of the retail license due to the actual absence of a store. A house of prayer is located at the address where, according to documents, 2-3 trucks of alcoholic beverages were shipped per day. Company was fined for 97 million UAH for unlicensed retail sale. 

In total, more than 37 million bottles of product were sold under this scheme without proper accounting and payment of taxes. 

In addition, the company lost its license for the alcohol wholesale. Its validity was terminated due to the absence of one of the storage locations listed in the Unified state register.  

Due to these violations, question of the company's compliance with the risk criteria is being considered. Relevant materials have already been sent to the Central Interregional Directorate of the State Tax Service for Work with Large Taxpayers.

Further, the company will undergo full documentary audit. In addition, documents regarding identified violations are currently being prepared and submitted to the law enforcement agencies.

"Schemes for obtaining super-profits through the tax evasion are turning against those who try to deceive the state. State Tax Service is consistently fighting shadow market. Responsibility for those who manipulate is inevitable. Market must work transparently, and the budget – receive due payments!" – emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko.
