Tax payment leaders for 5 months of 2025 – processing industry and trade enterprises

In January – May 2025, the biggest share in payment of taxes, levies and payments to the Consolidated budget of Ukraine falls on business entities in the following industries:

“Processing industry” – 17.6%;

“Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles” – 17.2%;

“State administration and defense; obligatory social insurance” – 11.7%;

“Financial and insurance activities” – 9.1%.

The biggest increase in payments for January – May 2025, compared to the corresponding period last year, is in the following industries:

“Processing industry” – growth of 38.1% or +41.1 billion UAH;

“Whole and retail sales; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles” – growth of 29.3% or +32.8 billion UAH;

“State  administration and defense; obligatory social insurance” – growth of 30.5% or +23.0 billion UAH;

“Electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply” – growth of 42.3% or +16.3 billion UAH.
