Environmental tax: the budget received more than 5.6 billion UAH in 2025

35.6 thousand taxpayers paid the environmental tax in 2025. The budget received more than 5.6 billion UAH. This is 219 million UAH more than revenues in 2024.

The biggest revenues from the environmental tax:

Dnipropetrovsk region - 1.1 billion UAH;

Kyiv city - 1 billion UAH;

Ivano-Frankivsk region - 640 million UAH;

Zaporizhzhia region - 392 million UAH.

Environmental tax revenues growth provides the state with additional resources to finance environmental protection programs, reduce industrial pollution and restore ecosystems.
