How to obtain income information: instructions for taxpayers

Income declaration campaign has traditionally begun in Ukraine since January. During this period, civil servants, local government officials and citizens who are required to submit tax declaration in order to report their income for the past year. 

To correctly fill out the declaration and avoid errors, it is important to have reliable information about received income, which is contained in the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers.

It is possible to obtain such information in several remote ways, without leaving home, as well as at the Taxpayer Service Centers.

Through the taxpayer's Electronic cabinet

Easy and convenient way. To do this:

- Log in to the Electronic cabinet (using a file key, hardware key, cloud storage, id.gov.ua or Diia.Signature

- In menu on the left, select section "Electronic cabinet for citizens".

- Click "Request for amounts of paid income" and select "Create".

- Specify period and sign request.

- Answer will be received in the "Incoming/Outgoing documents" section within a few minutes.

Mobile application "My Tax Service"

Application is available in the App Store and Google Play:

- Log in to the application using electronic key or cloud storage.

- In "Services" section, select "Request for amounts of paid income" and select "+".

- Specify period and sign request.

- Answer will be sent to the "Request for amounts of paid income" section within a few minutes.

At the Taxpayer Service Center

To obtain information about income, contact the Taxpayer Service Center. Hearing-impaired citizens have opportunity to communicate with State Tax Service’s employees without hindrance using sign language translation service in the video format.

Required documents:

- Identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, permanent residence permit, temporary residence permit, refugee certificate, etc.).

- Taxpayer registration card registration number.

- Application (filled out on site using form № 10DR).

- If representative applies for information, notarized power of attorney is attached to the application.

Information is provided within 3 working days from the date of application in person to the individual or their representative.

 

Reminder:

For most individuals, deadline for submitting declaration is May 1, 2026.

For civil servants, it is March 31, 2026 inclusively.

Declaration to receive tax rebate can be submitted until December 31, 2026 inclusively.
