61 thousand taxpayers have applied to the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service since the beginning of year. During this period, almost 166 thousand qualified public key certificates have been generated for them free of charge.
The biggest share of users is traditionally made up of individuals.
- 32 thousand citizens received 66 thousand certificates.
At the same time, business is also actively switching to the electronic document management:
- 29 thousand legal entities have registered more than 100 thousand certificates for reporting, concluding contracts and other electronic transactions.
27 thousand payers used opportunity to re-generate certificates by the electronic request. In total, more than 81 thousand certificates were generated remotely by such requests, including 7 thousand of electronic seals for software registrars of settlement operations (abb. PRRO).
In total, since the service introduction, the Tax Service has already issued 15.5 million qualified public key certificates. This indicates stable growth of trust in the electronic services and active digitalization of interaction between the business and citizens with the state.
Reminder: to receive qualified electronic trust services, it is needed tо:
1. Read rules and conditions of service provision on the website https://ca.tax.gov.ua in section "Obtaining qualified electronic trust services".
2. Prepare necessary registration documents (list is on the website).
3. Come to the registration point with original documents (addresses are indicated in the "Contacts" section on the website). If the one has a passport in "Diia" (version 2.0+), it is possible to identify yourself via the smartphone using "Sharing" function.
4. Bring a storage device to store your private key (secure key storage medium, removable flash drive, etc.).
Please note! Registration point does not provide copying, printing or filling out documents, and does not sell or issue key carriers.
It is possible to renew certificate by yourself in just a few minutes through the (remote) re-generation of certificates by the electronic request service. Only users who have:
- valid certificates (for example, there are a few days left before the certificate’s expiration);
- unchangeable registration data (full name, registered residence address, organization's code according to the Only State Register Code of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine, etc.);
- private key, accessible only to the user and not compromised.
The new key will be valid for 2 years.
