State Tax Service of Ukraine continues to actively implement principles of the National strategy for creating barrier-free space. Our task is to make receiving public services as convenient, understandable and accessible as possible for every person, regardless of their physical abilities or circumstances.
What we offer at the Taxpayer Service Centers:
Physical accessibility:
- Re-equip the entrances to the Taxpayer Service Centers with convenient ramps and staff call buttons.
- There is enough space for free movement of people in wheelchairs in the waiting and service halls.
Digital accessibility and inclusion:
- Develop remote services. Any application (for example, updating data in the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers) can be submitted via the Electronic cabinet or the DiIa portal, without leaving home.
- State Tax Service’s web portal is adapted for people with visual impairments.
Information support:
- Our specialists are ready to provide consulting assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, helping with filling out paper or electronic forms.
- Information materials in the Taxpayer Service Centers become more understandable and structured so that everyone can easily understand algorithms for obtaining services.
Special support:
- For internally displaced persons, there is a simplified procedure for obtaining certificates and registration numbers at the place of actual stay.
- Video communication for people with hearing impairments has already been implemented and is actively used.
We work for you – transparently, accessiblely, without barriers!
