Taxpayer Service Centers
The one needs to come in person?
There are 369 taxpayer service points operating throughout Ukraine. Of these, 267 are the Taxpayer Service Centers established at territorial bodies of the State Tax Service.
There, the taxpayers can receive 87 administrative services. This does not depend on the location of their tax address.
For people with hearing impairments, a sign language translation service is available. To use it, contact moderator of the Taxpayer Service Center.

Tax Consultants Offices
In September, Tax Consultant Offices began operating in 20 regions of Ukraine.
Here, business entities, individuals-entrepreneurs, or individuals can receive professional consultation and assistance in tax questions.
Consultations are provided in the following areas:
- taxation of individuals and legal entities,
- electronic services and reporting,
- tax disputes,
- tax audit,
- actual audits and legislation regarding the RRO/PRRO,
- control over circulation of excisable products,

It is possible to report about:
- non-issuance of a fiscal check,
