Since the beginning of 2026, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has provided taxpayers with more than 1.28 million administrative services. Among the 87 types of administrative tax services, majority are available online, which allows to receive necessary documents 24/7 without queues and papers.
Income certificates are in a great demand:
- more than 463.9 thousand services were received electronically by Ukrainians through the E-cabinet;
- another 181.1 thousand requests received through Diia were processed;
- 67.5 thousand services were provided in a paper form.
Among the leaders in a number of requests is also obtaining and confirming registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card – 181.6 thousand services.
Payers are also actively using services for business. In particular:
- 38.8 thousand registrations of the single tax payers;
- 98.5 thousand certificates from Register of the single tax payers;
- 53.4 thousand changes to the single tax payer’s data;
- 36.1 thousand registrations of software RRO.
Also in demand are certificates of debt absence (39.1 thousand) and services related to licensing alcohol and tobacco sales.
Services can be obtained both online and through extensive network of 374 access points, including 266 Taxpayer Service Centers. Here each taxpayer can also get consultation, submit reports or obtain electronic signature.
