Over 2019, revenues of military levy have amounted 631 million UAH in Zaporizhzhia region. Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region Ruslan Rachynskyi stated that citizens increased payment by 91 million UAH or 17% in comparison to 2018.
Each month, in average the amount of 52.6 million UAH was received – this is 7.6 million UAH more than in 2018.
Almost half of the total revenues from the past year were provided by business representatives and residents of the regional center - 325.8 million UAH – this is 49 million UAH more than in 2018. Taxpayers of Energodar, Kamyansko-Dniprovsky and Velikobilozersky districts transferred 77.7 million UAH, Melitopol, Melitopol and Veselovsky districts - 56.4 million UAH, city Berdyansk, Berdyansk and Primorsky districts - 45.6 million UAH, Vilnius and Novomykolaiv districts - almost 27 million UAH, Pologovskyi, Bilmatsky and Roziv districts - 23 million UAH, Orikhiv and Gulyaypil districts - 20 million UAH, Vasylivsky and Mikhailivsky districts - 19 million UAH.
In total, more than 72 thousand business entities and citizens, in particular, 17 thousand legal entities and 55 thousand individuals paid military levy in 2019.
