Tax declarations on property and income for 2019 were submitted by 725 citizens who declared 75.3 million UAH of income in January 2020. Out of the total number of declarants, 382 citizens were obliged to declare income. They independently determined to pay more than 1.4 million UAH of the personal income tax and 375.7 thousand UAH of the military levy. Another 343 citizens submitted tax declarations in order to obtain the tax rebate and determined the budgetary reimbursement of the personal income tax in the amount of 906.3 thousand UAH.
It should be reminded that obligation to submit the property and income declaration arises in the case when in 2019 citizens received income not from tax agents, from operations with investment assets, leasing property to individuals, in the form of benefits, inheritance or gifts, foreign income, other income that has not been taxed during the year at the place of payment but not exempted from taxation.
The last day for submitting is April 30, 2020 and December 31, 2020 inclusively is the last day for those who wish to obtain the tax rebate according to results of 2019.
