Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region reported that the land payments amount one-tenth of all local budget revenues and traditionally remain in the top three of local tax revenues to the local treasuries.
In January 2020, the land payment revenues have increased by 7.7 million UAH or 17% compared to the first month of 2019 which allowed local communities to receive almost 52 million UAH. Business entities – legal entities transferred 46.2 million UAH of the land tax and rent for land, individuals and citizens who cultivate land on their own transferred 5.7 million UAH to the local budgets.
It is gratifying to note that the achievement of such indicators is the result of open partnerships with business, quality taxpayer service and enhancement of the business tax culture.
