Taxpayers of Chernihiv region paid 975.5 million UAH of taxes and fees to the budgets of all levels in February 2020. Level of the corresponding period last year was exceeded by 12% or 104.7 million UAH.
Almost 44% of the paid funds were directed to the state budget (426.6 million UAH). Compared to the last year’s collection, revenues from the personal income tax and military levy have increased by 13.8% (+16.9 million UAH), value added tax – 14.2% (+18.8 million UAH), rent for the use of natural resources – 3.4% (+3 million UAH).
Local budgets of all levels received 548.9 million UAH of taxes and fees in February 2020. The year-on-year increase is 14.2% or 68.4 million UAH.
About 57% of amount received by the local budgets is accounted by the personal income tax (311.6 million UAH – this is 13.2% more than the last year’s figures or 36.4 million UAH). Also single tax on entrepreneurship is important for the budgets of territorial communities (17.4% of the total) which was paid in the amount of 95.7 million UAH (more than last year’s level of 12.2% or 10.4 million UAH). About 14.4% of sums allocated from payment of property tax to the budgets (for land, real estate and transport – 78.9 million UAH – this is 10.8% more than in February 2019 or by 7.7 million UAH).
In addition, the insurers paid 424 million UAH of the single social contribution to compulsory state social insurance which increased revenues by 14% compared to the corresponding month in 2019 or by 52.4 million UAH.
