Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region makes every effort to develop tax services, strengthen partnerships with business and create equal level for all participants in financial and economic activities in the region.
Acting Head of Main Directorate of the STS in Mykolaiv region Dmytro Prokofiev reported that as a result of active cooperation with the taxpayers, meetings with business entities in January-February 2020, more than 1.1 billion UAH of tax payments were provided to the local budgets – this is by 157.2 million UAH or 19.6% more than in the corresponding period of 2019.
It should be noted that the personal income tax is the main source of filling local treasury of Mykolaiv region which was transferred in the amount of 723 million UAH. Amount of the PIT tax revenues have increased by 113.6 million UAH or 18.6% compared to the same period of 2019.
In addition, the taxpayers of Mykolaiv region ensured the local budget revenues, namely – the single tax in the amount of 193.4 million UAH, land payments - 115.6 million UAH, excise tax on sale of excisable goods by retailers - 31.4 million UAH; real estate tax other than land - 20 million UAH; rent for the special use of water, mineral resources and forest resources - 12.8 million UAH; income tax - 12.7 million UAH; environmental tax - 6.2 million UAH and license fees - 3.2 million UAH.
